Churches United of the Quad City Area serves hundreds of thousands of local residents and neighbors each year through various ministries including: Winnie's Place Emergency Shelter for women, with or without children, who are homeless or may be survivors of domestic abuse; Winnie's Wishes Resale Shop, where all sales directly support Winnie's Place; and the 25 neighborhood food pantries and 3 FREE hot meal sites. Over 2 million pounds of food were distributed through our food pantries and meal sites in 2018.
